Information about REIKI

Using our hands to release tension in our bodies is something we do instinctively ~ when you bang your shin, it is an automatic response to hold your hurt leg (or rub it better.) That's when you are releasing the disturbed energy from the traumatized part of your body through contact with the undisturbed energy of your hands.

Reiki, which stands for "universal life energy" works on an energy level. It will flow to wherever it is needed, just like the sea smoothes the sand on the beach, filling the holes and leveling their surface.
